Who we are
This website is operated by Artzmen Creative, a creative studio based in Helsinki, Finland. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The content
Everything on this site, the films, photographs, case studies, text and design, belongs to Artzmen Creative or to the clients whose work is shown here with their permission. You may browse, link to, and share links to the site freely. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use the content commercially without written permission from us.
The newsletter
Subscribing is voluntary and needs your ticked consent. We send the newsletter only when we have something to say, and you can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any letter or by replying to one. The newsletter is described in more detail in the Privacy Policy.
Inquiries and the brief
Sending us a message or a project brief does not by itself create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. Work begins only when both sides have agreed to it in writing. What you send us is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Case study figures
Results shown in our case studies are specific to those projects and clients. They describe what happened there; they are not a promise of what any other project will achieve.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be either, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Artzmen Creative is not liable for damage arising from the use of this website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Finnish law.
Third parties
The site links to services we do not control, such as social platforms. Their terms and privacy practices are their own.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are resolved in the courts of Helsinki.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address with its effective date.
